Please note that the program lasts for one year from the date of purchase and can only be used at Art of Dentistry. The program cannot be used if you have dental insurance.

- Two complete professional "6 month" cleanings
- Two complete exams by the doctor during the hygiene visits per year

- Annual routine x-rays once a year with exam
